Teen Talk: Love is KIND
Unhealthy relationships can start early and last a lifetime. Normalized behaviors, like teasing and name-calling, are some of the things that teens consider part of a "normal" relationship.
However, these behaviors can become abusive and develop into more serious forms of violence.

The CDC defines dating violence as the physical, sexual, psychological, or emotional violence within a dating relationship, including stalking. It can occur in person or electronically and might occur between a current or former dating partner.
The Butterfly Society believes in educating our middle and school students about dating violence.
